We had seventeen entries for the national design-a-book token competition, with Molly scooping the Orchard Park first prize of a £10 book token for her outstanding submission, pictured above. Sofia and Sidona were close runners up. We wait with baited breath to see if any of our entrants claimed the £500 national first prize.

The World Book Day quiz was won by Jodie, Sidona, and Tina’s team, who dazzled Ms Simons with their knowledge of authors, varied genres, and literature adapted for the screen.

Our Book Bingo event continued into the following week, with our students canvassing their teachers, friends, and family members for book recommendations. We would like to thank all students and members of staff who participated in the events.
